Audit, rate, decide.
The audit runs after the Ultra analysis of every document. You see the result when something stands out or when an auditor asks.
Rate
Every finding gets a severity from 1 to 10, a recommendation and a verbatim quote from the document. From the threshold you set, a new document goes into quarantine: download, export, move and delete are locked.
Decide
In the audit center you mark findings as reviewed; in the document's audit tab you create tasks, and an admin lifts the quarantine there. For auditors: findings as CSV, a report per document as PDF.

Questions about the audit center
What does the audit center check?
Every document processed with AI-DMS Ultra goes through a separate audit after the analysis, covering twelve control areas, including calculations, tax details, bank and country details, required fields, fraud patterns, sensitive data and threatening language. The audit center lists the documents with findings.
Can an administrator change or delete entries?
No. Neither the app nor the API has a function to change or delete entries in the audit history. PaperOffice keeps this history for revision-secure documents: every field change with old and new value, person and time.
What are AI audit findings?
Problems the audit finds in the document itself: a request to pay to a new account, a bank country that does not match the sender, arithmetic errors, missing mandatory details or contradictory data. Every finding has a severity from 1 to 10, a recommendation and a quote as evidence.
How does the review work?
Findings from severity 4 are flagged for review, and from 3 for fraud suspicion, country mismatches, sensitive data or threats. In the audit center you open the document, read finding and recommendation and mark it as reviewed. In the audit tab you can create a task, and an admin lifts a quarantine there.
Which reports are available?
An audit report per document as PDF, optionally with the original attached. You export the filtered findings list as CSV, and the API returns findings and history as JSON.
Do I have to set up the audit center?
No. The audit runs for every document processed with AI-DMS Ultra. In the account settings you decide whether and from which severity the quarantine applies. The overview in the audit center is part of Analytics AI from the Corporate plan.
Is there an API?
Yes. Findings, change history and reports are available via the REST API and in the MCP server.
