The run starts after AI-DMS has processed a document, after a metafield change, after a completed task, approval or signature, or manually via button, API or MCP. The model plans the next steps, checks conditions and hands over to people where you defined it.

Do I need programming skills?
No. You describe the process in natural language, and the workflow agent carries it out with the DMS tools. Developers can additionally create templates via API.
Which triggers are there?
After AI-DMS processing has completed, after a metafield changes, after a task, approval or e-signature is completed, and manually via button, API or MCP. Uploads and connector files trigger the workflow once AI-DMS has processed them.
