The JTL-Wawi recipe in Operational sources reads orders, delivery notes and packages via the JTL ERP API. Customers ask, the agent checks the verification and gives the status.
Under Knowledge Base AI › Operational sources you add a source with the JTL-Wawi connection. For JTL Cloud, PaperOffice enables the installation on request, then you enter the tenant ID. For JTL-Wawi on premises you enter the public HTTPS address of the Wawi API and the API key from the app registration.
The preview checks the connection, optionally with a reference order number. After saving you start the first sync with Sync now. After that it runs on an interval, every 180 minutes by default.
In the Proof tab you choose order number plus postal code, optionally an SMS code or caller number. Website chat and phone agent then answer questions like: Where is my order?

No. The recipe reads status and shipping data, but no documents. Invoices and delivery notes stay in JTL.
Each run fetches the 200 newest orders, 40 older ones and one page each of 20 delivery notes and 20 items. The interval is 180 minutes by default. If an order is missing at verification or older than 15 minutes, PaperOffice fetches it directly from JTL. That is how older orders are added one by one.
