Invoice and PLUS certificate arrive right after payment. From that moment PLUS is active for 12 months.

Pick the current release in the setup — database and documents stay unchanged. You set up the OnlineServices in PaperOffice under Options.

What happens when PLUS expires?
Nothing happens to your data. The licence stays valid and you keep working with the release you last installed. New releases, support and OnlineServices pause until you renew.
Do I need PLUS for every user account?
Yes, PLUS applies per user account, just like the licence itself. You state the number in the shop.
Can I reactivate PLUS after a break?
Yes. Book PLUS again with your serial number; the term starts with the payment. Then install the current release.
How do I cancel?
PLUS runs for 12 months and renews yearly. You can cancel at any time to the end of the term — a ticket via the PaperOffice AI app is enough.
Can I use the OnlineServices without PLUS?
No. DropMail, DropPage and MailConnect are part of PLUS because they are services operated by PaperOffice.
I used to pay for PLUS through the old shop — what changes?
Renewal now runs through the shop at paperoffice.ai with your serial number. Your licence and your data are not affected.
