Why can I only pay by bank transfer within the EU?
For a plain perpetual licence without PLUS continuation we use the SEPA instant transfer to our Revolut business account within the EU. With SEPA Instant the amount arrives within seconds and your documents are issued automatically. Outside the EU and for every order with PaperOffice PLUS you pay via Stripe.
Why does PaperOffice PLUS run through Stripe?
PaperOffice PLUS is an annual subscription. The yearly renewal needs a recurring payment, which Stripe handles securely. With a new licence the licence is charged immediately and PLUS starts after the included 30 days. You can cancel PLUS at any time, the licence stays valid for life.
How is VAT calculated?
Within the EU we charge the VAT of the recipient country. Businesses in the EU outside Spain pay net via reverse charge with a valid VAT ID. Outside the EU no VAT is charged.
When do I receive the serial number and the invoice?
Right after the payment arrives. Invoice, certificate of authenticity with serial number and the PLUS certificate are created automatically, sent by e-mail and shown here on the status page for download.
What is instant activation?
If you enter your PaperOffice user accounts during the purchase, they are licensed right after payment and you simply sign in. Without it you enter the serial number once in the login window under “Options” → “Manage licence”.
I already have PaperOffice. How do I activate PLUS?
Choose “PLUS for existing customers” and enter the invoice number and serial number from your certificate of authenticity. Later activation is possible within 12 months of the licence purchase. PLUS applies to all user accounts of this licence for 12 months and renews yearly via Stripe.
