Everything about IP Location
Which data does the API return?
Country with ISO code, region, city, coordinates, ISP and time zone. A second endpoint returns location only, a third the country list for forms.
How fast is the response?
The response comes directly, typically within a few dozen milliseconds. There is no job polling.
What happens without an IP parameter?
Then the caller's IP is used. This is how you determine a visitor's location directly from the browser.
What is the API typically used for?
Geo pricing and currency in the checkout, language and country presets in forms, time zones for bookings, fraud checks together with VPN detection.
Is the use privacy-compliant?
IP addresses are processed in our own data center in the EU and not shared with third parties. Store results only as far as your purpose requires.
What does a call cost?
From €0.01 per request. €1 equals 1,000 credits. These prices apply to API and MCP, where every call costs at least 10 credits; in the app, location lookups cost less. No subscription, no base fee.
Can I use the API directly in the browser?
Yes. With a publishable key you call the API from your web app without your own server. The key is restricted to your domains.
Where are requests processed?
