Baufritz produces over 100 individually planned timber houses annually. Each project involves hundreds of documents: architectural plans, structural calculations, building permits, material certificates, and customer wishes.
As a traditional family business with over 125 years of history, many processes were paper-based. Plans were managed in physical folders, and changes were recorded by hand.
