Roastmarket collaborates with over 200 coffee roasters from 30+ countries. Each supplier brings their own contracts, organic certificates, certificates of origin, and customs documents.
The rapid growth of the e-commerce business led to an exponential increase in document volume. Manual management became a bottleneck.
