What does the Creator Agent do?
It writes quotes, letters, certificates and similar documents using your template. It takes the facts from your knowledge bases, from Relations AI and from the company profile. The result is a PDF in your workspace.
Where do the figures in the document come from?
From your sources, such as a pinned price list. By default, the agent only uses figures that have a source. Still, review the preview before you confirm.
What happens if information is missing?
The agent asks follow-up questions along with the preview, for example about the contact person or the start of service. It adds your answers to the document.
Is the document stored right away?
Not by default. You first see a preview with watermark that files nothing in your workspace yet. Once you confirm, the PDF is filed in your workspace.
What is billed?
Each AI run by AI tier, including a run that only produces a preview, and each stored document.
Which templates can I use?
Your own HTML template with versions. To get started, there are templates for quote, invoice, letter and certificate in German and English. You can also create a template from a Word, OpenDocument, RTF or HTML file in the DMS, but not from a PDF.
In which format is the document created?
As a PDF. It is filed in the workspace you set for the agent.
Which AI tiers are available?
Basic, Premium and Ultra. You choose the tier per agent.
Does the agent send the documents?
No. The agent files the PDF in your workspace. It does not send documents to recipients.
Can I trace earlier runs?
Yes. Earlier runs are listed in the run history, which you can also filter by agent.
