Requirements answered clearly
Is there a separate partner application fee?
The current partner configuration does not list a separate application fee. You need the Plus plan or higher. The terms shown in the app always take precedence.
Does submitting the application activate partner status?
No. A person on the partner team approves the partnership and the selected ways; this can take several business days.
What do resellers need in addition?
Before the first customer, a verified KYC and enough balance in the reseller wallet for the reserve. Only customer accounts that never had a paid plan can be taken over.
Can I apply as a referral partner?
No. Referral is by invitation only. The partner team answers questions about it via the contact page.
Where can open questions be asked?
