Terms of Service

1. Subject of the Contract

PaperOffice provides cloud-based document management, AI processing, and automation services for businesses.

2. Contract Formation

The contract is formed upon registration and acceptance of these Terms. By registering, the customer confirms that they are a business entity.

3. Services

The specific services are defined in the selected plan description. PaperOffice reserves the right to further develop and improve its services.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are net prices plus applicable VAT. Payment is due in advance according to the selected billing period.

5. Term and Termination

The contract term is determined by the selected plan. The contract automatically renews for the respective billing period unless terminated in time.

6. Data Protection

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

7. Liability

PaperOffice is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

8. Availability

PaperOffice aims for 99.9% availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the software and services remain with PaperOffice. The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information of the other party to third parties.

11. Amendments to Terms

PaperOffice may amend these Terms with reasonable notice. Customers will be informed of changes and may terminate extraordinarily in case of material changes.

12. Severability Clause

If individual provisions of these Terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, excluding conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Navarra, Spain.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
