Which formats does PDF Studio convert?
Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF and back, images to PDF, PDF to JPG or WebP, web pages and e-books to PDF as well as PDF to PDF/A.
What does PDF/A mean?
PDF/A is the format for long-term archiving. Fonts are embedded, external dependencies excluded. PDF Studio creates PDF/A from any PDF, also automatically in a workflow before filing.
Can I protect or unlock PDFs?
Yes. Set a password, remove known passwords and lift print or edit restrictions.
Are tables preserved?
For PDF to Excel and Word, table layouts are converted into real tables. For scanned tables, run AI-OCR in Complete mode first.
What does PDF Studio cost?
Per processed file, depending on the operation from €0.02. €1 equals 1,000 credits and the same unit prices apply in app, API and MCP.
Does PDF Studio run automatically?
In Workflow AI every operation is a node, for example PDF/A before archiving or compress before sending.
How do I integrate it into my systems?
