What it does
- Upload a supplier invoice on the "Supplier invoices" dashboard page of your Wix site.
- Reads the invoice and checks totals, dates, IBAN and duplicates.
- Compares line items with your Wix Stores catalog: is the SKU in your catalog, and does the unit price match your cost of goods?
- Reads the catalog only for the moment of the check and does not store it.
- Reads no orders, customers or site members and changes nothing in Wix.
- Stores the invoice in the PaperOffice AI workspace you choose.
Document processing (OCR, extraction, classification) runs on PaperOffice's own hardware in its own data center in Spain (EU), without external AI providers.
Results are generated with AI and can contain errors. Please check important values.
Limits: PDF and image files up to 25 MB; up to 20 line items per invoice are compared; the cost of goods is compared only on sites with the current Wix Stores catalog (V3), older catalogs are checked by SKU only. Settings are removed when you remove the app, or after 6 months without use. You can remove your token at any time with "Remove my token".
Setup
Set up in a few steps
- Add the app to your Wix site once it is available.
- In PaperOffice AI, create a User token (po_ut_…) under Account → API.
- Open "Supplier invoices" in your Wix dashboard and paste the token.
- Choose a workspace.
- Upload a supplier invoice.

Is the app available yet?
Not yet. It is built but not submitted. PaperOffice AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with Wix.
Does it change my shop?
No. It only reads your catalog and does not change anything in Wix.
What does it cost?
No specific plan is required. Usage is billed to your PaperOffice AI account as usual.
