Features
What it does
- When an agreement is completed, Docusign stores the signed documents in the PaperOffice AI workspace you choose.
- The documents are archived, searchable and available for further processing in PaperOffice AI.
- The same file is stored only once.
- The app service keeps no copy of the document contents of its own.
- You end the connection at any time by deleting the user token under Account → API in PaperOffice AI.
Document processing (OCR, extraction, classification) runs on PaperOffice's own hardware in its own data center in Spain (EU), without external AI providers.
Limits: files up to 25 MB; one workspace per connection; the connection is removed after 6 months without use.
Setup
Set up in a few steps
- Install the app in the Docusign App Center once it is available.
- In PaperOffice AI, create a User token (po_ut_…) under Account → API.
- Connect your PaperOffice AI account in Docusign: paste the token and choose a workspace.
- Choose PaperOffice AI as the storage destination for completed agreements.

Questions and answers
Is the app available yet?
Not yet. It is in a private pilot stage and not publicly listed. PaperOffice AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with Docusign.
What if storing fails?
If Docusign reports that an earlier attempt was interrupted, check your PaperOffice AI workspace first. If the agreement is missing, disconnect and reconnect PaperOffice AI in the Docusign App Center and send it again.
What does it cost?
No specific plan is required. Usage is billed to your PaperOffice AI account as usual.
