What it does
- Under Catalog → Supplier invoices (PaperOffice AI), upload a supplier invoice (PDF or image, up to 25 MB).
- PaperOffice AI reads supplier, invoice number, dates, amounts, currency, IBAN and line items.
- Checks required fields, totals, dates, IBAN check digits and duplicates.
- Compares line items with your catalog: is the supplier a known manufacturer, does each reference exist, and does the unit price match the purchase price?
- Everything that needs attention is marked "Needs attention".
- The module does not change anything in your shop. The file is also stored in the PaperOffice AI workspace you choose.
Setup
Set up in a few steps
- Create a User token (po_ut_…) in PaperOffice AI under Account → API.
- When the module is available, install it in your PrestaShop back office.
- Open the module page under Catalog → Supplier invoices (PaperOffice AI) and save your token.
- Choose the workspace for the files.
- Upload an invoice, start the extraction and review the result.

Questions and answers
What data is sent?
The module connects only to api.paperoffice.ai, and only when an employee acts on the module page. It sends the uploaded file, its name and the workspace ID. No customer, order or product data of your shop is sent; the catalog comparison runs in your shop.
Where is the token stored?
In the shop configuration (database), without encryption, like other module credentials. It applies to one shop (multistore: per shop), and only employees with edit access to the page can use it.
Which languages does the module use?
Version 1 shows its texts in English. No specific plan is required. Usage is billed to your PaperOffice AI account as usual. Document processing (OCR, extraction, classification) runs on PaperOffice's own hardware in its own data center in Spain (EU), without external AI providers.
