The Trust Agent checks the file, not just the page: covered amounts, saving twice and other findings, with severity, risk score and an evidence PDF. A finding is not a verdict; a person decides.

An invoice from a known supplier. Order number and layout look right. But three amounts were changed after it was issued.
The Trust Agent checks the file, not just the page. On the page, the new amount. Stored underneath, the old one. The file was saved twice, and a white box was drawn over the old amount.
Each finding gets a severity. Text under an overlay: medium. Saving twice: low, often harmless. Together they give a risk score and an assessment: review recommended. A finding is not a verdict.
It can also produce an evidence PDF: a copy with the findings marked on the page. The original stays unchanged.
In a workflow, the check can run before approval. The invoice stops. A person decides: rejected, with a reason.
The result stays on the document, next to its history. Your systems get it through the API, AI assistants as an MCP tool.
It never calls a document fake or genuine. It replaces no official ID check. PaperOffice moves no money.
