Monday morning. The scanner turns the whole pile into one PDF: delivery note, invoice, a letter with its enclosure. Someone splits it by hand.
The Split Agent reads the pages, scanned ones through AI-OCR first. It finds where one document ends and the next begins, from the content. No separator sheets needed.
A letter that mentions its enclosure keeps it, as one document. A blank page in between is dropped.
Each part is named from its content, in the pattern you choose: document type, date, sender. In your language, whatever language the scan is in.
The processing monitor lists each new document with its pages and type. They go to a new workspace, or one you choose. The original PDF stays.
