Some decisions stay with people. On paper, that means printing, passing around and initialling, for days.
You decide what needs a person. Mark a field in the IDP Agent as required and bind a review queue. If the AI finds no value, a task is created.
Each case becomes a task with deadline, priority and owner. Whoever opens it has it reserved. Others see who is on it.
The reviewer sees every field at its place in the original. The invoice number is missing. She types it, confirms the fields and approves. One of two reviews is done.
Where four eyes are required, the task closes only after two different people have reviewed it.
A workflow can also stop before payment, say on a new bank account. The finance lead sees the original and the new account on her phone and rejects, with a reason.
Every decision is in the history: who, what, when. A webhook can tell your system, and the corrected values go back into the document.
