Where do the addresses come from?
From processing with AI-DMS Premium and above. It reads the sender name and sender address from the letterhead and sender block. You maintain nothing by hand.
What does a pin show?
The sender with place and document count. “Show all documents” opens the document list across all workspaces, filtered to that sender. Several senders in one place share a pin.
Who sees which senders?
The map counts documents from the workspaces you have access to. Team members see the map for their active workspace.
Is there an API?
Yes. analytics/map-senders returns the senders with coordinates, analytics/contact-stats the contact statistics with addresses. In Claude and Cursor there is po_analytics_contacts_stats_get.
