Frequently asked questions about this download
Where do the relationships come from?
From the fields of processing: the same document or reference number, the same sender, and the same document number from the same partner as a duplicate candidate. Add to that similarity via embeddings and your own links.
Do I have to tag documents?
No. From AI-DMS Premium, relationships form during processing. You add your own links wherever you want to record a business relationship.
Link or document folder?
A link stores a business relationship in the Knowledge Graph; the documents stay where they are. A document folder groups documents visibly in the overview. When connecting, you choose what fits.
Is there an API?
Yes. Universe per workspace, partners, references, transaction per reference number and timeline are available as REST endpoints and MCP tools, for example for Claude and Cursor. The graph shows the workspaces the access has permissions for.
