After sending, the overview is what counts: who opened, who signed, where is it stuck? The status dashboard shows all requests in real time — and the certificate makes every completed signature provable.
Open the status dashboard
Open the signature status on the document. The dashboard shows all signature requests with real-time key figures — open, in progress, completed, and overdue at a glance.
Find and filter requests
Search by recipient, mobile number, or email to find a specific request. Overdue requests are highlighted so nothing is left behind.
Read the timeline
Every request has a detailed signature timeline: sending, delivery, opening, SMS verification, read confirmation, and signature — every action with a timestamp.
Remind or cancel
If a recipient does not respond, send a reminder. If a request has become obsolete, cancel it — the signing link becomes invalid immediately.
Use the certificate as proof
After completion, the signed document is available with the merged certificate. It documents more than 15 security checks per signature — including SMS OTP verification, device fingerprint, IP address with VPN detection, GPS coordinates with a map screenshot, and the SHA-256 integrity hash across all signature data.
Verify integrity
The chronological audit trail and the integrity hash make any manipulation detectable: if the hash and the action log match, the signature is unchanged and fully provable — including the eIDAS SES declaration of conformity in the certificate.
