Document types
The AI identifies the document type by itself: invoice, delivery note, contract and many more. If a type is missing, you create it with a brief instruction, and new documents are assigned to it automatically.

The AI automatically identifies the type of document: invoice, delivery note, contract, and many more. You can view the list under Document Types. If you are missing a type, create one—for example, Maintenance report. With a brief instruction to the AI, describe how it should recognize this type. If the type for classification is active, the AI will automatically assign new documents from now on. We will show you which agent reads the data from it in the video about IDP Agents.
