How do I become an Elite partner?
Elite is not a second partner program. It is an upgrade for active partners — per track.
Prerequisite: the partnership is already approved.

Sign in as an active partner
Elite is available only to approved partners. Without an active partnership, start with the standard application first.
Not a partner yet? Follow “How do I become a partner?” first.

Open the Partner area in the app
In the PaperOffice app, open Partner. There you see status, tracks and available upgrades.
Elite is not activated by ticket or email.

Request Elite per track
Request Elite for Integrator and/or Reseller separately. Review applies to the selected track.
Elite Integrator and Elite Reseller are independent.

Meet the requirements and wait for review
The app shows the current Elite requirements. PaperOffice reviews the details and decides on approval.
Requirements may change under the current program.

Approval and higher purchase advantage
After approval, the Elite purchase advantage applies to the approved track under the current program.

- Become a partner first, then request Elite
- Elite per track — not automatic for both
- Request and approval only in the app
- No separate Elite program outside PaperOffice

Open Partner and start the Elite upgrade for the desired track.
